Second Official Weigh-In



Da-da-da-daaaa!


As of today I have lost 9.8 pounds of fat. 11 inches all around. I've upped my hydration level by 3.2 percent. And my BMI has gone down by 1.8 points!


Tom has lost another pound, bringing his total to 8.5 pounds. 


So we're excited!  


My boots ( I bought in November) are the stretchy type, to accomodate larger calves, and they are now about 2-3 inches too loose. So I'm losing fat in places I didn't even think about needed to lose fat. pretty cool.

We're continuing on with the "diet". I'm hoping to add in some exercise and new recipes this week, but we'll see. ;)

  1. Wow! That's amazing. I'm so happy for you. The most amazing part about all this is that you get all these benefits: weight loss, muscle tone, energy, better mood, etc. while eating ridiculously.

  4. It's great to be able to see such great results in such a short time, isn't it? But I'm especially excited bout the positive results you're seeing in your kids- improved sleep and digestion are HUGE! I wish I had known then what I know now. Unknowingly, we were such bad parents filling our children with a SAD diet. Thanks for helping spread the word
